Which purchases are covered?
This is Daniel Larson Training’s policy for new sales and broker licensing packages and standalone exam-prep purchases made on or after October 1, 2026. It includes Course 1, Course 2, Course + FastPass, and Course + FastPass + Post. Enrollment and refunds are handled by Daniel Larson Training.
This policy does not cover purchases made before that date or standalone post-licensing and continuing education purchases.
Request within seven calendar days.
Contact us within seven calendar days of purchase to request a refund of the amount you actually paid, including purchases made with a discount code. Eligibility is determined when we receive your request, not when we process it.
For licensing packages, refund eligibility ends once you have met the requirements to earn education credit or a course completion certificate for any included course, including through FastPass. This applies even if your certificate has not yet been issued. You may open lessons and use practice material during the refund window, subject to this completion limit.
Standalone exam-prep purchases have the same seven-day refund window regardless of course use or completion.
How bundles and refunds work.
Bundles are treated as one purchase. Completing the credit or certification requirements for any included course ends eligibility for a bundle refund. Unused components are not separately refundable.
Eligible refunds return the full amount paid for the purchase. There is no cancellation fee. Refunding a purchase ends access to all courses and materials included in that purchase.
Bought the wrong product?
Contact us within the same seven-day window, before earning education credit or certification. We can apply your payment to the correct product and collect or refund the price difference, or refund an eligible purchase.
If you accidentally paid twice for the same product, contact us so we can correct the duplicate payment without cancelling your valid enrollment.
Course access and extensions.
Licensing packages and standalone exam prep include one year of online access from enrollment. Access extensions may be available on request. Contact Daniel if you need more time.
